Whine about wine

Posted by Daniel & Jessica (Melbourne, Australia) on 22 June 2007 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

First trip for us non-wine drinkers to a vineyard. While our wino friends swirled and spat different wines in the safety of the Main Ridge Estate cottage, we went outside to see what we could see.

We thought the trees were 'dead', and were relieved to find out they were only 'sleeping'. Liked how the 'dead' trees stood out in stark contrast to the very blue skies and very green grass. Like a collision of life and death.

Hmmm. Life, death, wine and collision. Sounds like a reminder not to consume excessively and drive.
